John Saltee holds a master’s degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and is retired from the Los Angeles City Fire Department as a Fire Captain. In 2011, he became the Executive Director of the Ventura County Rescue Mission and Lighthouse for Women and Children.

John retired from the Mission in 2020 and with his wife, Becki, live in a local mountain community with their dog, Dottie.

John is available to speak at your church to the students or adults. He also speaks on “the Biblical way to give to the poor."
